    Where and when will Simprosium 2026 take place?



    Simprosium 2026 will take place 27 - 28 October at InterContinental Miami. For more information on the venue and location, please visit our Travel/Venue page.

    Where can I find more information about the event?



    All ticket holders will receive updates via email with information on the conference program and arrival information in the weeks leading up to the event. Ensure you tick the box accepting event communications when completing your registration to receive these emails.

    Will all sessions be recorded and available on demand after the event?



    A select number of sessions will be available to watch on demand after the event via the resource page on the Simpro website.

    Where can I find information about sponsoring at Simprosium 2026?

    Complimentary lunch and refreshments will be available throughout the day.

    How do I register for sessions?



    Ticket holders will receive an email when the final conference program launches closer to the event. The conference program will be available on the event website and in the Event App, where you can bookmark sessions and add them to your personalised agenda to help you plan your day. All session seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.

    How can I register for Simprosium 2026 Miami?

    Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?



    To transfer your ticket to someone else, reach out to the Simpro Events Team by replying to your registration confirmation email or emailing us at simprosium@simprogroup.com Your ticket can be transferred up until 13 October. After this date, transfers within a company will be the only transfers accepted.

    Do I need to register to attend the event?



    Yes, you must purchase a Simprosium ticket to attend the event. Learn more on our registration packages page.

    Can I make a group purchase?



    The group ticketing option is for companies that wish to purchase 5 or more tickets at once. More information about the group registration option can be found on our registration packages page. We offer a 20% discount rate for 5 or more General Attendees tickets purchased within the same transaction. Additional discounts or codes do not apply.

    Can I bring a guest to Simprosium 2026?



    All attendees will need to purchase a general attendee ticket. We do not offer guest passes for Simprosium 2026.

    What is your cancellation policy?



    Our cancellation policy allows flexibility if your plans change and you are no longer able to attend Simprosium 2026. You can get a full refund on your ticket until 8 September. After 8 September, no refunds will be issued, but you can the option to transfer your ticket to another person. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information on our cancellation policy.
